Mid laner who deesperately needs a team to rank up with

I am a good mid look at my games i rarely do bad and most of the time even if i do i can still contribute to a win but i cant seem to climb because of my teammates, i just need a chance to climb and i know i will shine and eventually make it to the lcs if you want to see whether im worth your time or not we can play normals and i will show you my rank is b2 and i cant get out.
