Hi there! I'm looking to create a legitimate team for tournaments and whatever comes in the future. The catch is, I won't be playing. I'm looking to manage/coach a team from scratch and create a successful tourney contender. What i'm looking for is someone who shares the same ideology as I do to help co-own/lead the team in future endeavors. I have a long history of management in the work place as well as coaching experience in a team enviornment so I'm extremely confident in the way the team will be run and have very high expectations in regards to a co-owner. • Otherwise, to have a team you need players right?! That is the subject of the second half of this post. What i'm looking for in this team is leaders, confidence and a desire to continously improve and grow as an organization. Starting off, I'll just be recruiting a starting 5 and eventually transition into obtaining subs and maybe even a sister team. The recruiting process will not just be a showing of skill and game knowledge. I'm looking for specific personality traits of how you present yourself as if it's an actual interview, the ability to communicate, your work ethic/availability etc. After a look through your application a verbal interview will also be given.
