Gold 4 Mid, looking for serious team.

Hey guys, I'm just looking for a team that has a workable schedule and is serious. I've linked my OP.GG so you guys can see my stats, MMR. I'm making the transition to mid lane after playing mostly Jungle/ADC. I do understand alot about the game in terms map control, decision making, itemization and most champion builds but, I'd mostly just like a team that I can grow to improve my mid lane mechanics and overall teamwork with =) The only problem is my work schedule changes alot so we'd have to pre plan practices and such but, I think if a team is dedicated enough it should be no problem, I'm a hard worker and all I do is look to improve so I won't waste your time ^_^
