Need duo partner (Bronze)

Alright so... I am really tired of being in bronze right now... if anybody could help me get out of it ... it would be so much appreciated. I am really tired of playing with cancer teams... Most of the time I carry and dominate my lanes but then the rest of the team is just either aweful or makes poor decisions and it costs us the win. I really wish to find a partner who plays often and that is as good as me so that we can climb up in ranks togheter. I find solo queu really really annoying and I am getting sick of it. When one of my friends ( wich are never online ) plays duo with me ... we always win ... always and they are on my level. But when I solo queu... it's just absolutely terrible. I was close to b1 not long ago... and now here I am at b4 .... When I play with my friend that is silver 1 . We always win and it feels so much better... Because players are actually better and they at least have somewhat a brain ... I want out of bronze.... PLease ... someone help me.

its all in yourmindset and attitude. i felt the same last year and i can climb out of silver in a week if i really wanted to.
