Need help to get out of silver.

Hi I am I would like some one to help me get out of silver . I consider myself pretty decent and i learn quickly. I have really great teamwork and communication. I'm good at csing . I try to get around 150 cs by 20 mins always . I play all roles but my best are top and jg . I am looking for either a smurf to help me or a good duo partner thats skilled . I wouldn't say no to a silver/gold team pre made .
