Aspiring (mostly) serious player in 1st year looking for an amateur league team!

I've watched LCS for 2+ years but only started playing LoL earlier this year. I finally did the climb and just hit s5 recently. I can go all lanes and jungle except ADC, but am a top main. I'd like to find a positive, aspiring team who communicates and plays regularly; to join for amateur league competitions and ranked games. I'm a young adult and work part time, and am mostly available in afternoons and late evenings. Thanks!
