Silver 3 last season; looking to make a full serious team to climb. (Jg, Mid, Supp) (Bronze, Silver)

Hi, I'm looking to make a team that will become close and willing to climb together. I play strictly on NA. Don't have a name for the team yet. I'm currently trying to climb out of Bronze again and need serious and dedicated players to work with. I have a duo partner who will join the team. I work 40+ hours a week but I always play after work. I will make a schedule for us if people are legit interested. I want to become good at the game, improve with each game, and most of all have a positive team to be partnered with!

Requirements:

  1. Be courteous and respectful to all; I am female and any sexism or discrimination will not be tolerated.
  2. Listen to everyone's opinions; if you want to argue make it an educated discussion.
  3. I would like to determine who will be best for shot calling (prefer the jungle) but until then please just play smart.
  4. Ranked games, flex or solo / duo will be taken seriously.
  5. I will report you in-game for any unsportsmanlike conduct / flaming / trolling, etc.
  6. Prefer age to be 18+ but will take in 16+ if shown to be mature.

You will be interviewed via Discord / Skype / TeamSpeak / Curse and will be asked to play a norm with at least me, if not both MT RainbowWolf and I. I don't mind if you are a smurf as long as you are willing to play with us regularly. I will also allow us as a team to switch roles in Champ Select if issues arise or what not as long as you're trading to at least your 2nd best role.
