Dedicated Top LF Team

Im seriously looking for a team that i can be part of longterm, im willing to practice everyday, learn new champs and playstyles, even down to change my ign. im looking to be on a team thats gonna be together more than just a day, tired of joining teams and it disbanding the next day.
