Starting Serious Ranked 5s Team

Looking to start a team with players that are serious about climbing the elo ladder. I plan on setting up a schedule where we practice daily and work around everyone's schedule. I plan on this being a dedicated team that isn't going to just fall apart after a week. Im am on daily so i will be able to keep the team from becoming in active.
