Requirements:
Rank: Diamond 5- Diamond 1 (Ranked soloque shows both an understanding of the game, and consistency of play)
Communication: Skype and Team speak are required. Also a clear method of speech is neccesary (ex:headset or quiet room.) (These are reqired because within a team setting, communication is key, and without it, we might as well be solo-queing)
Interview: A peer to peer Skype interview is required prior to trying you out. (this is used to establish information on the candidate and to assist assessing attributes not directly associated with play.)
