What are you looking for in a Coach?
Game knowledge, fundamental leadership skills, a desire to coach, and the ability to both process and distribute information in a respectful manner are good starters.
Well I do have a vast understanding of the game and I find myself to be a great leader even others say so. I have found it interesting to coach a team that is willing to work hard and go far. I am also respectful and able to give information clearly and cleanly.
