Mid/AD/Support player looking for ranked 5s team

I recently climbed up to silver 5 and think I can get even better. Looking for a ranked 5s team for a more fun team environment, but also because it's more fun than playing solo.

In the mid lane, I mainly play Azir, Orianna, Zed, Katarina, and Yasuo. In the bot lane, I play Vayne, Jinx, Kalista, Jhin, Sivir, Ezreal, and Miss Fortune. As support, I mainly play Thresh, Bard, Alistar, Annie, and Tahm Kench.

Other info: Age-22 Timezone-EST (Usually online between 2pm-5am my time, however.)

While those are the champions I mostly play, also in order from most to least comfortable, I can easily pick up other champions. I have played just about every champion enough to be able to pick them up in a short amount of time. If you want to invite me to play a few normal 5s to get a feel for it, let me know in game.

My main strengths as a player are my mechanics. Everything from Shuriman Shuffle-Flash-Ults to Hook-Flash-Lantern plays, I can do if my team is on the same page. I'm also pretty good at devising a composition for the team and thinking about counters that would work.

My main weaknesses are my decision making. I can sometimes greed a little if I have an advantage and try too hard to press an advantage. Usually, if I have someone else to provide input, I'm less likely to make a bad decision.
