LF Diamond and Above Top and Mid Laners for a competitive team!

Hi, I'm looking for a mid and top laner for a competitive tournament team right now. They're aiming for the challenger series next year or so, so if you have challenger goals, then you're not alone here! I'll leave a very basic "application" form so I can get an idea for you as a player, but I prefer to see with my own eyes and let the current team see how you stand up.
