im stuck in bronze i havent been put with a decent team yet. help me please

Until Riot impliments a system to punish players that troll or play poorly in ranked, trolls and poor players are gonna play ranked. And ruin the game for you. Don't get mad at your noob adc. Get made at Riot for enabling and allowing the noob adc to play Ranked and think its ok. I don't believe players should be allowed to play ranked just because they're lvl30. You should have to go through provisionals not to see where you are placed but to see if you are good enough TO PLAY ranked.
Remove the entire Bronze tier from Ranked play, and make it so that you have to be Silver 5 or higher to play ranked. If your rank drops below Silver 5, you can no longer play ranked until you get your MMR back up to where you can re enter ranked provisionals.
But that would actually mean this would be a real game based on skill and not Riot standing around an office late at night circle jerking each other off and calling it working late ;)
I am sorry to break it up to you, but for what i see in your match history, there is definitely something wrong you are doing.
Idk if you are playing zilean mid or as a support. However the item choices you are going are just.... whaaaaaaaaaaaa are you doingggggggggggg?
if you know what i mean.. you may be at a stage of this game to rely on item builds through websites such as ... probuilds.net op.gg etc...
just try your best to understand the game first haha..
At bronze level of ranked games... its honesly possible to one man carry..
