Queue up to get to gold??

Today im free and really want to climb to gold but i cant do it because everygame there is always that one teamate that sets me back. If you are an average silver player who WONT feed then we should get a team together and duo. I dont have a mic because i just broke mine and my laptop's mic is terrible because of the fans. I just want to get a team together and win these games. I AM NOT ASKING TO BE CARRIED. I'm looking for people in my division
