Start silver premade to all get to gold

Tired of the teams that I've been playing with in solo queue. Just had someone try to play fiora adc and I dont trust anyone to do so in silver. I cant climb the same thing happens over and over again. I get to silver 3 then drop because of some bullshit ass game. I dont want to be carried I want people in my division that are free and willing to attempt to get to gold tonight. Add me if interested. I dont have a mic due to raging but all i want is just a team that won't constantly feed and that has average mechanics for the game.
