Why is/has Janna always been the number one win rate?

Title says it all. For 7 seasons Janna has been among the top win percentages. Almost always 52% or higher. Can anyone explain why and why Riot doesn't do anything to change it?

Edit: whoops. Didn't mean player recruitment.

well the reason is because of how simple she is. perfect for players that suck. she has ways to be mastered, but also has a very easy to understand kit to use. a giant shield level 1 is grand

Because she's so neutral that it's hard to do bad on her. For example if you fuck up a Nami Q or a Nami ult then you kinda fucked over your ADC/team. If you fuck over a Janna ult usually the worst it's going to do is just push low enemies away. She's a very forgiving champion if you mess up and even people who play her first time in ranked can do well. But if you're a good Janna you can also make some good plays.

Not only does she have a point and click kit, but she's impossible to punish. She's one of the fastest champions in the game, running around like an ulting yi without having to do anything, with THE best peel in the game. You need at least two+ people to have any hope of catching her.

As you said, incorrect board. Going to lock this thread, although I encourage you to repost it on Gameplay if you'd like to discuss the topic.
