S4, previous season S1, looking for dynamic queue team

Been trying to get to gold forever but everytime i queueup i get a team that , well, sucks. I just want to have a reliable team again. Im best in Top, but i can switch aroudn pretty easily and i can play any champ you need me to. please help me :(
