Team Captain/Team Trainer Needed

Alright so I am recruiting for a very important role. I need to recruit a Team Captain/Team Trainer for my team Up In Smoke. I have very strict guidelines for this position, so here they are:

Must be Plat 3 or higher Must be laid back and eager to teach a team of people that have a lot to learn Must be willing to make last minute calls on recruitment and cuts Must have a very, very high patience Must have a general knowledge of 70% of the champions in the game Must be willing to train people on a day to day/bi-daily/weekly schedule so that we can gradually get better Must have skype/team speak/curse Must understand that while yes, winning is amazing, but if we're not having fun then this is pointless.

no coach will take u seriously with a team that's been together for a day

It's been together for a day because I'm trying to start from the beginning. I understand that it'll be hard for me to find a coach but at the same time, I want us to all be friends and get along. I don't want it to be completely business orientated. I want the coach to understand that we all start together and we all move on together.
