Creating ranked 5's team

Hi, i want to create a ranked 5's team that's is around all the same elo so I would be looking for player Platinium and aboce. I want people that can play more than 1 type of champion and have a pool of champ they can play with. I want people playing in the week and maybe sometime there could be a possibility of tournament the weekend. I want player that will not leave after only 3lose or something like that and i want dedicated player.
