Creating ranked 5's team

Hi, i want to create a ranked 5's team that's is around all the same elo so I would be looking for player with plat 3 and above to diamond 4. I want people that can play more than 1 type of champion and have a pool of champ they can play with. I want people playing in the week and maybe sometime there could be a possibility of tournament the weekend. I want player that will not leave after only 3lose or something like that and i want dedicated player. IGN: Nektonic Lane: Botlane Best 3 champs: Thresh, Leona, Braum Time Zone: Alaska Standard Time Availability: Pretty much most days of the week. Tournament: Definitely. It would be a lot of fun if nothing else. My mechanical play is pretty on point. I get aggressive with my roams. Only in Gold but I have multiple diamond friends who tell me my Thresh is onpoint with diamond.
