Creating Dedicated Ranked 5s Team [LFM]

All roles open. I plan to have practice/play ranked 5s at least 3 times a week somewhere between 8PM ET - 1AM ET. Positive attitude and good communication is a must. Tryouts will be scheduled when enough applicants have applied. Looking for players that will be responsible about showing up to practice and take practice time seriously. I am hoping to climb to at least Plat or Diamond and possibly join tournaments. 18+ Preferred just because of school commitment and maturity but not a requirement. If you are not at least high Silver you probably wont make the cut in tryouts.

SoloQ Rank: Silver II Strengths: Good Shot calling, Making gold, Teamplay. Weaknesses: Can have a negative mindset very easy. Still working on that. Dont enjoy playing "meta" champions. Thoughts on how the game should be played: As a team and not TDM. Objectives > Kills. It's a team game not a solo carry CoD style game.

Never trade for anything you can get for free. Objectives over kills, as long as you don't lose objectives for dying for an objective in return. If you're behind, ward up, get your pick champions to group up and make picks, rotate well and keep farming. They will make a mistake, and it's up to the shotcallers to keep a level head until they do.

I will learn anything needed for a team/comp. I feel very comfortable and learn very fast. If you're worried about me only being Gold 4, try me out. I will outclass anyone but the very very best players you can find.
