Looking For Teammates! [LFM] [LFP]

My friend and I are looking to start a competitive Ranked 5's team!

First and foremost we are looking for people who have a positive attitude and are fun to play with! We are both very competitive and want to win but realize that a good team atmosphere is very important. We wont be able to climb as far as we want if we don't enjoy playing with each other, no matter how skilled the players are. We expect to easily reach Plat, possibly Diamond, who knows maybe even higher if we develop a good team structure.

Secondly, we want people who really enjoy the depth of League. Both of us are pretty smart (we are both engineers) so we think in depth and like to talk about stuff like team strategy, buildpaths, metas, counterplay, etc... We also like to talk about other stuff like LCS and dank memes.

Things we are looking for: Communication - its a team game, good communication creates a huge advantage. Flexible - able to play many different champs and styles. Smart - understands the game in micro and macro levels including all roles and their responsibilities. Objective focused - stay thirsty my friends/wards win games/knowing when NOT to fight. Attitude - able to give and receive constructive criticism.

We live in the MST and play at night on the weekdays so ideally Central or Western timezones, but if you can play around our schedule it doesn't matter where you are from. If we find enough people we could keep up to 10 and have 2 teams so that we can scrim each other when not playing ranked.
