Freedom of Reality Looking for d2+ mid top adc(Goals NACS)

About me:

Hello Everyone my name is Zappa I am recruiting for a new organization that I been wanting to create for 3 years now and have been coaching Supernova which is ranked 47 in NA. I am leaving and pursue my own goal which is wanting to make my own organization with the goal of qualifying for challenger series. After that goal is met it would be LCS. I come from a long line of strategy games which most importantly consist of chess and starcraft 2. I reached semi pro at starcraft 2 at the age of 15 and was on the road to pro. I have been coaching players in starcraft 2 throughout my climb till I reached my peak at rank 250 in NA which is basically equivalent to challenger in League of legends. I am currently a diamond ADC/Mid main but I will be coaching this team

My coaching style:

I focus on macro play. Which is Map-wide decision making individually as well as a team. Keeping track of ability timers, map awareness, rotational play, objective focus (dragon/baron/towers), teleport plays, jungle pathing. The over-arching strategy that we use to win the game is generally Macro play. focusing on enemy mistakes and how to exploit them to the fullest.

Schedule:

The schedule for this team will consist of 7 days of practice till we start having weekly tournament matches and various other competitive events to play in once this happens we will be practicing every day in which we dont have a tournament match that day unless the team chooses to do so. Depending on the 5 player schedules but I am looking to get at least 4 hours of practice in each sitting of practice.

As I said the org is fairly new but everything will be coming up such as the website, name changes, etc in the next few weeks and anything else the team may need.

-Looking for players who are driven, passionate, and there only goal is to compete in NACS and shortly after that LCS -Respect is a must on this team but will need to be able to take criticism

Everything wont happen overnight so the players are interested realize that this is not a sprint its a marathon but we are all working to a common goal together!
