Making a Serious dynamic squad 5 stack to 100 percent push elo

Hi everyone I am believenme I am a diamond 4 ADC looking to swap to mid fully so looking to 5 stack so I get my role everygame. I am looking for other smurfs or extremely good players in there elo for there main role.

I am looking to do lane swaps majority of the time for various reasons.
