Looking for a silver+ team willing to adopt a new to league player

I am and ADC main currently ranked silver 5 -74LP. I climbed my way from bronze 5 to silver 5 in 3 days.

About me: New to league, however I am transferring over from Dota 2. I play often, rarely tilt, and I enjoy the game.

What I am looking for:

I need someone to better help me to understand the game, I struggle with small things that can easily be fixed. I want someone or a team in which I can learn and climb with. Now, I do not mean I am looking to be boosted but just guided in the right direction.

If anyone wants to give me some pointers and have some fun in normals add me.
