Team haywire needs coaches!

Hi! I'm Sammi team captain of team haywire and currently I'm looking for two coaches for the team if you want to work in a supportive and professional environment then I think team haywire would be a good fit for you! As head coach you would be doing things like being present during practice, creating plays and team comps, helping prep the team for tournaments and talking with the micro coach and me about goals for the team.

Goals: I'd first see where the teams at, than progress from there. see where we can end up at. Role: Team comps,Providing structure for players,A "voice" they can trust and follow.

how you work with others: I can coordinate with individual players through constrictive criticisms and a more logical approach to the lane phase and derision making. I am open minded, however strictly follow schedule timings. Arrogance and ignorance is something I do not tolerate as it simply hinders optimal performance in game. I am friendly towards people, however may come across as harsh in a number of my evaluations.

Hours you can devote to the team: I can manage paper work anytime, as i do use a computer 99% of the time at college, and once I'm home its very self explanatory. I do coach a lower-elo team however, but only late nights and I do not need to excessively attend to them as they are already well established. Also, I use alot of "Teamspeak3" and "Curse". I can use either on my phone while I'm outside (I'm out frequently) so I can talk to anyone anytime.

what's a goal you'd like to reach with the team this season: My philosophy states that if the team isn't diamond, then goals should be micro managed and any form of major entitlement to a rank should be non-existent. The goal i would like to reach is primarily strengthening core skills: eg: CS / rotations / Lane phase positioning / team fight positioning / builds / pressure and minion wave manipulation / other micro stats such as lane swaps, etc.

Role you play in game: I'm a gold 1 / P5 mid. (Well I was, i just recently did my placements, got to silver 1 so i'm gonna quickly climb back up)

any prior experience with coaching: I'm currently coaching a lower-elo team for EmberZ Gaming Community. I've worked with a lot of coaches as an assistant in the past. My history is not very rich however I do have quality experience.

I have also have various experience with high end stints with Vulkeen Esports (I coached a roster with Prototype, ect), Reforge Esports (I coached an extremely talkented roster and faced C9T in the L1 Cup), recently I worked with Purdue University's LoL squad in which they placed 3rd out of 32 at a LAN, and I am currently working with Zenith Esports as the head coach of their Black team (2nd team). Our goal is NACS.
