Silver 5 jungler looking for dynamic Q (climbed from bronze 5 soloq, was silver 2 preseason)

I was silver 2 in the preseason, dynamic Q put me in bronze 5, I managed to climb out of bronze 5 to silver 4 but then I've been getting terrible luck with afks, trolls like support teemos and adc tfs, now I'm stuck at silver 5 and can't seem to climb. Looking for people that want to climb to gold and have decent internet. Looking for people silver5+. I main jungle.

EDIT: and of course i get an adc tf the moment i q after posting this..
