LF serious ranked 5's team

Im looking for a serious ranked 5's team that will play every night and reflect on what were doing wrong. Would like to join a team that is going to keep playing into season 5. My solo que rank is shitty due to rank decay, but ive been told I play at a low silver, high gold level at adc. I mainly play adc but can fill most roles.
