Adc/supp LF serious ranked team

Hello there. Im looking for a ranked 5's team that will be practicing preferably every night. Im not a stuck up prick so I hope you arent either, and just because its a serious team doesnt mean we cant have some laughs. I can get whatever communication you want me to get. Im hoping to find a team that is working to get better and climb the ladders. My soloque rank is not the best because of rank decay but I do play at a silver to gold level ive been told.
