Support looking for Solo/Duo Partner

Hello!

I am a Support main looking for a Duo partner. Doesn't need to be ADC, just somebody who isn't going to rage, feed, or get cocky early and throw a team fight(e.g. my last 10 games). I am currently Silver IV, but please don't let that be a deterrent. My promos are all I've played and were tanked because of the above. I am currently Gold V in flex, and placed Gold V last season solo/duo.
