Silver 4 Support Main LF Duo

I'm currently having a hard time getting past S4 due to ragers and afks, so I'd prefer to have somebody fairly even-tempered. ADC main is prefered, but not required. Silver + only. I main Leona, Nami, and Morgana, but can play most supports.
