Gold ADC looking for a team to get to Diamond or Low Plat

I am a gold 4 currently and placed silver last year, highest I have gotten was gold 1 in preseason. I mostly play Vayne but I am capable of playing other adc champs. my goal of this year is to place low diamond or get plat at the least. I am very open on gameplay.
