Decayed D4 Jg LF Serious team

Hi, my ign is "Papa Sully". I started the season in Gold 3 and climbed all the way up to D4 before the summer began. I have fallen to Plat 2 from decay and not taking solo Q as seriously after my 3 1/2 month hiatus. But now I've decided to start playing seriously again and I want to try that in a ranked 5's setting. I main jungle, but can play adc at a slightly lower level. My main is Lee Sin and when I was d4, op.gg ranked me at #22 in Na. I mainly played Lee for Solo Q reasons, but I can transition my champ pool into a more team oriented setup.
