Plat V ADC/Jungle Looking for a Ranked 5's Team

Hi, my name is Sully. I will make a standard application below this paragraph for easy reading I would like to find a serious ranked 5's team. I started playing this game towards the end of season 3 and I got placed and ended in Bronze 5. But as Season 4 came around I really wanted to climb, so within the first few months of the season I easily made it to Gold and I was content with that, so as summer came along I stayed away from solo Q and played mainly ranked teams. It wasn't until November that I started playing ranked solo again, I went from Gold 4 to Gold one in a month and a half, sadly I ended the season not making it to plat. But as break came along I was determined to make plat, so just within two weeks of the pre-season I made it to Plat 2. Now I am already back in Plat V and I am satisfied with that, so I want to play this game on a higher level in a team setting.

IGN: Papa Sully Availability: Every night usually due to less classes and better work hours, CST timezone. Age: 19 in a week Roles: ADC and Jungle Champion Pool: ADC: Ezreal, Caitlyn, Tristana, Lucian, but I am comfortable on almost all adcs. Jungle: Lee Sin, Rengar, Jarvan IV, Kha Zix, trying to learn/get back in the groove of Pantheon, Wukong and others. Communication: Have mic, fine with ts, skype, etc. Why I Should be Chosen: I have climbed the ladders of League and Starcraft 2 with ease, showing I am a fast learner, and team oriented play is the only kind that truly makes sense to me.
