Looking for a Support

Title pretty much states all, looking for a decent Support that actually knows what their doing. I'm currently in B4 just got promoted but my last two games didn't go to well and I fear being demoted. For some reason in bronze, people don't understand that warding and csing are literally the 2 most vital aspects of the game. As long as you allow me to CS and sometimes poke, I can carry the game. I've come to realize that their are 2 things players cannot do in bronze and that's 1) Jungle, and 2) Support. Just recently, I was csing and outfarming Jinx (As Cait against a Soraka :P) and my support Voli goes "If you don't go aggressive and use your mana Im gonna afk" even though I was constantly poking and hitting them with boom headshots. Does he not understand the sustain they have? My friends often make fun of me because they say I'm actually a decent player but still in bronze, they are Gold and Plat. I apologize for the rant and it may be tldr, but it's really frustrating. I mean yay, I got outa B5, but, I'm gonna end up right back simply because I get matched up with dimwitted teammates. I even roam after getting a CS lead to ensure they can apply pressure, but 9/10 I get pinged a bajillion times to go back to lane while I'm sitting at 120 cs and my opp barely has 40.
