Hello there, my summoner name is TCD Guy, and I am the captain, owner, and AD Carry for Team Chasing Dreams, a team belonging to the CompeteLeague Bronze/Silver Premiere League, and we are currently looking for a Head Coach to help us improve faster and better during our practice times, as well as Analysts to help us with grasping the meta, and go over macrogame in replay reviews.

If chosen, you will be collaborating with me, our analyst, and assistant coaches in planning team compositions, practice schedules, and roster management. You will be expected to be active with our team during scheduled practice and game times, as well as be easy to contact when we are not meeting in case we need your help.

Other duties of the head coach are:

  • Watching our practice and CompeteLeague games, taking notes and being active in post game discussion

  • Helping individual players in mechanics both in and out of laning phase on individual champions

  • **Have some way of recording and streaming/screen sharing game VODs for our team to go over. **

  • Actively participate in strategy discussion in our Discord Server's chat room.

  • Help our players/team overcome grievances by being motivational, open, and positive with our roster.

Duties of our Analyst:

  • Continuously and consistently research the metagame and help the team prepare to play and/or counter what is popular.

  • Work with the team's leadership to draft strong and effective team compositions, and assess during practice if they are ready to be brought into official CompeteLeague games.

  • Actively participate in strategy discussion in our Discord Server's chat room.

  • Work with our coaches during VOD reviews so the roster can learn as much as they can about the game that is being reviewed.
