Looking for Diamond 5+ ADC/SUP/TOP for rank 5! Trying to hit challenger this season.

Hey Guys, I'm recruiting for Quality Team its a pretty neat name i like it thats all that matters. But I really want to try to shoot for challenger if not then masters at the least last season we made it to plat 1, but we had team problems some players couldn't make it anymore, so now i would like to start it up again and find some members that are dedicated and want to climb with me. If you are interested answer the following questions and if i am interested i will add you in game. 1.How old are you, and can you make practice? 2.What rank were you s4/s5? 3.Role that you want and main champs in the role? 4.Got skype? 5.Strength and Weaknesses? Im 17 currently and yes i can after work. 2.What rank were you s4/s5? season 4 plat 4, current season plat 1 3.Role that you want and main champs in the role? ADC, Jinx,Graves,Vayne,Lucian,Ezreal 4.Got skype? Yes 5.Strength and Weaknesses? I can cs well and listen to general calls made, I poke when i can and do not engage on people if i know i can not win. Weakness would be positioning in some teamfights and being quiet when focusing on an objective

1.How old are you, and can you make practice? - 23 - yes, depending on the days. some days i get a full week free to play. sometimes i have a few days that i can't play at all in a row. (work on commercials) 2.What rank were you s4/s5? i was plat 1 in my diamond promo's but i took a break and decay dropped me to gold 2 and i started this season silver 4, am plat 5 right now. will be plat 4 by the end of the week. 3.Role that you want and main champs in the role? Main, support. Janna - leo- blitz- naut : i'm a big fan of trying new things out that people don't try out often, i'm strong mechanically with champs, and have made unconventional supports a thing for my previous diamond team. 4.Got skype? yes- will give it if you're interested 5.Strength and Weaknesses? Strength is map awareness, and ability to make plays. Weakness - i'm overly aggressive, and attempt to make plays, so when people don't wanna be agro, its hard sometimes for me to turn it off when i'm not in a chat with them.

I'm looking for people to play with often, and enjoy climbing the ladder with players that can hopefully improve my play style.

Strengths -playin with me, you might fk around a get a triple kill :3 -im a funny black guy -i can play aggressively and understand most matchups -i can call shots if needed -i engage and peel in the same fight, at the same time

Weaknesses -i can get a little dive-happy sometimes
