Looking for a team that will play consistently!

I prefer a morning team that plays sometime between 9am to 9pm. I am a jungle/support main. But can mid/top fine. I cannot play adc. I want a team that will work with each other and not leave after 5 games. I really don't care for ranks. If we click thats great, if not i will let you know before i leave the team.
