Looking for Members: [SPRCG] Supercharged

I'm looking for members for my Ranked 5s/3s team. Want to be able to practice outside of just ranked 5s; nothing overly serious. I have been playing on and off since Draven was released (Whenever that was)

Reqs. to join:

1. Fluency in English
2. Between Silver V and Gold II (Don't want to eff up matchmaking by having a plat/whatever, makes it annoying. However, plat+ peeps; coaching would be appreciated if you have any time. On a side note, if you're bronze you may be able to get in with a tryout.)
3. Cannot be a complete asshole. (I know, that's hard for some of you.)
4. Curse Voice or the ability to get and use Curse Voice (Doesn't have to be a high-quality mic but please no plain laptop mics, they suck and can echo easily.)
5. Must be able take game seriously. (No complete trolling 24/7.)
6. ... But not too seriously. No need for 24/7 try-harding (except in ranked).
7. Need to be able to play with other members (Only referring to timezones here. ~5-8 PM CST.
8. Maturity. I don't care what your age is as long as you're mature.
