Plat 5 support LFT

Hello I am a currently a plat 5 support player looking to play with a team. I play most of the strong supports that people consider to be the meta picks. I've been playing League of Legends for quite awhile now and I feel like my knowledge of the game can be useful for a team. I consider myself to be a good mechanical player and a great communicator.
