Any ADC coaches out there?

I didn't know where to put this post so I figured I'd have a better chance in general discussion. I'm a support/jungle main and now I'm just broadening my horizons more. I wanna try out adc seriously now. I've never really liked being adc mostly because I'm a bad adc and I don't like being helpless. I can't really say squishy because I play squishy supports. I'm looking for someone who is willing to coach me on adc and is patient because I really do suck a lot. If someone is willing to coach me that would be great. Also can someone suggest a beginner adc for me to play.
