Looking for Analyst

Hello, I am the Manager and Coach for my team and I really need an analyst who can show up at all times for Practices and Scrims and can observe each player and see if they're doing well. I also need an analyst who can take a look at peoples stats and see if players are falling or climbing. Any information needs to be told directly to me. Your rank does not matter, however I would prefer that you have experience with the game and experience analyzing games. FYI all players are high plat and low diamond. You will be scheduled for an interview if there are more than expected people applying. I may take 2 analysts if the team agrees that we need more than one.

Requirements: -Level 30 -18 years or older -Able to Correctly review information and recite it back to me in a professional manner -Able to be Unbiased -Have Teamspeak 3 Installed

Preferences: -Able to record games and take a further look into them -Friendly -Gold+ Rank

A few questions

  • How often are the practices?
  • What amount of time is expected to go into this? (I expect this isn't paid, which isn't an issue, just hard to find someone willing to work 30+ hours for free is all)
  • Is it only the 5 players or are there subs as well?
  • Is gold plus a big requirements? I play less ranked than most, but not because I'm "bad" but more because I have less mechanical skill and a higher knowledge of the game (I prefer strategy over climbing, and if I knew where to start I would be coaching yesterday over playing any day).
  • What type of game recording are we talking about? Lolreplay, or something else?
  • I am in fact over 18 and then some (partially why I prefer watching and learning over simply playing), so I have a decent amount of free time due to issues I won't share on the boards (nothing bad :P)
  • What time zone?

Not sure what else to ask, but figured I'd start there, as it was some things I was curious about.
