Looking for Plat+ players for serious ranked 5s Team
Hello, I am looking for plat+ players for a serious ranked team. I am not a player but will be managing the team. The team name is currently TBD and will be decided later. Our tryout format will be determined by how the current members decide to assess you.

What We Want We want players to be able to attend to team practices a minimum of 9 hours a week, two weekdays and one weekend. On Weekdays we want to play 6-9 CST and on weekends that can be determined by the team. We also want players who are confident in the role they apply for and have enough experience in their role. It is also preferable that there's no background noise. Last thing we need is to be playing a game and for 40 minutes we're hearing someone's tv or music. A proper microphone is nice, but not absolutely required. Its also nice that your computer is fully functioning and can run the game with at least 60 frames per second at all times. (I've known people who've climbed to diamond with 20-40 FPS)
What We Need We need you to be at least 18 years old and have Curse Voice. Being 18 years old defines you as a legal adult in the USA so your commitment to this team will be yours alone. We use curse voice because its free, simple to use, and does not show your IP address to anyone.
What We Will Not Tolerate We will not tolerate negativity against anyone. To be more clear, we don't want verbal abuse, harassment, or really anything that you could be reported for normally. If you have a problem with a player, you can talk to me about it and I'll solve the situation accordingly. We also will not tolerate going against the shot-caller's call. If they make the call, be ready to follow up. Five men going with one bad call is superior to five men doing different things when someone is clearly telling everyone what to do.
Our Goal While this is a serious team, we want to have fun. This is a game and should be played for fun. That does not mean we don't want to look to progress the ranked ladder and become the #1 team. If you are looking into a serious team to play on, you're obviously wanting to play this game competitively and we want to just as much.
Before You Apply Note that if you apply, you MUST be committed to scheduled tryouts. If you can't make it we can talk. If you apply and later you feel that you don't want to tryout anymore or you feel that you can't play with the team anymore then you can talk to me. It is extremely frustrating and immature to simply ignore me or someone else to avoid tryouts. It happens a lot more than you may think. Also note, you should be confident that you can play with the team. If your schedule is "Oh as long as this doesn't happen then I'm free" then don't apply. You must be ABSOLUTELY confident that you can and will prioritize the team schedule. We all know that things happen so if you can't make it to practice one day the team can discuss how we want to approach the situation.
