Competitive 5's Team Seeking Head Coach / Asst. Coach / Annalyst
Hello, I am the team captain of Team Arcane Brutality along with Team owner ( Fresh AF ) and AF Coach ( Ninja AF ) Currently we have an opening for a Head Coach , Assistant Coach and Analyst for Team Arcane Brutality. We are a competitive team that meets 4 nights a week : Sun / Mon / Weds / Thurs : 8pm est till 12:00am Est ( Schedule based on availability, team agreement and subject to change base on team needs ) Please read below the requirements for the specific position you are applying for. Head Coach Responsibilities:
Attend all practices and tournaments. Bring a higher sense of knowledge and an outside understanding and voice to a team. Level-headed authority figure able to settle disputes and facilitate further progress within the team. During disagreements fix issues and provide a clear and simple solution to all problems. Bring a final word to a team. Work with AB staff to create an environment for players to grow and improve. Ability to read and prep the team for a fast changing meta-game.
Assistant Coach Responsibilities:
Attend all practices and tournaments. Previous experience working with players in traditional sports. In-depth knowledge of League of Legends. Ability to work with players and head coach to develop strategies well-suited for the team. Focus on statistics and meta's of other regions and our own to help improve your teams game play and step the team up to the competitive level. Understanding of Picks, Bans, and competitive rotational strategies. Be in the comms working on communication during and after the game and fixing game play issues as they come up. Individually coach each player or lane during free time as well as coach the entire team.
Online Analysts:
Required to attend 50% of practices. Compile in game data to assist the Assistant coach / Head coach with data to help improve team play individually as well as a team. Provide in game data with in 48 hours of games played Assist the coaching staff with prep work and research on opponents. In-depth knowledge of competitive League of Legends. Must be able to provide information in a way that also helps to improve the team.
