Mirage Resolute Seeking Head Coach for D+ only Team

Hello, I am ARC TheLastWord, Manager of Mirage Resolute of Mirage Gaming We are currently seeking a HEAD COACH to over see and develop our Ranked 5's Competitive team

Applicants must have the following : Discord Working Headset / mic Strong communication skills Strong understanding of team comps / champs and in game strats Strong Leadership Skills Ability to Coach Individual players in Every roll and the ability to coach team on winning conditions. Must be able to remain level headed under pressure Conduct ones self as a leader and mentor
