Silver 1 adc main looking for team to join.

• I'm 26 years old, married, with 2 children.
• I've been playing league of legends since just after beta ended and before ranked came out.
• I am Currently Silver 1 on my Main account.
• I am ONLY interested in playing ADC for a team, I can play some other champions but I just don't put in any effort to the other roles, I enjoy my role.
• I've been gold the last 2 seasons.
• I peaked at Gold 3 last season and then dropped back down to Gold 5 where i stayed most of the season.
• My Strengths are - Experience in my role. I've been maining ADC since about halfway through season 4. Season 5 I played 980~ ranked games, 800~ of which were ADC games; and Season 6 i played 500~ adc games. I'm generally pretty controlled in lane and i know all of the champions abilities so I'm not surprised by different bot lane match ups. I also know that it's okay to get behind, being behind and then being behind and feeding are 2 completely different things. You're going to lose lane, it will happen. But the best thing to do if you lose is to give your team the opportunity to win by not feeding afterward.
• My Weaknesses are - Shotcalling, Once laning phase ends I do not want to be the primary shotcaller I know what to do in some situations but I personally think my macro decision making is weak. Also my second weakness is in games where it seems like the enemy team is roaming bottom every 2 minutes, or we're fighting constantly I let my cs slip lower than I should, i'm almost always below my personal CS goal unless it's just a farm lane.
• My Availability - If practices / schedule is made at least a day in advance with a team i can guarantee on being there for a few hours any day typically. I also play throughout the morning, afternoon, and evening depending on the day. Would prefer a team that has a set time of day to play. But I will be around the computer throughout the day for things like theory crafting builds, team comps, or whatever else I'm needed for.

What I'm looking for in a team. -

• Rank does not mean much to me, id rather be on a team with 4 bronze players who have a good attitude, are actually trying to win, and who will take criticism over 4 diamonds who are dickheads. I would also prefer to be on a team of bronze - gold. I'm not interested in playing with higher ranked players because typically tournaments and scrims are against teams of the same ranking.
• People who either main the role that they're playing, or who are putting in a large effort to learn the role and switch it to their main. For example if you're playing mid and top everyday in solo que, and then for the team you're jungling, it doesn't make sense to me to not practice your role you're going to actually be playing for the team.
• I want a team with set roles. I listed earlier that I'm only interested in playing ADC. Trying to be on a team where people switch roles every other game is really hard to grow any synergy with people.
• The team doesn't have to be 18+ but, I would prefer an at least semi-mature atmosphere, joking around is great, but there's also time to be serious as well.
• A team who is not only going to be active in terms of playing regularly, but also active in terms of communication with each other about what's going on. I've joined teams before where they wouldn't talk for 3 days and then send a message and expect me to be able to play in 20 minutes. Communication is key inside and outside of the game.
