Looking for a Daily group of friends :)

I've mainly been playing in ARAMS games but i've been playing the rift from time to time. I always play by myself and i would like a group of friends to join with on a daily basis to help me learn new roles and get better. I mainly ADC but i would like to learn to do all new characters and positions. Hopefully we can grow together into ranked as i still have not tried it. Preferably i would like to find a group who likes to experiment and have fun rather than criticize. I understand we all make mistakes and are not perfect but this will be a learning experience after all. I am in my mid 20's so i will be serious when taught.
