Currently I feel as if i'm never going to progress and get better playing against people who are of my own skill level. If any Golds or higher would be okay with me playing Norms with them and helping me get better at the game it would be much appreciated.

single eboy1 votesDo you play ranked or normals? Because I'm in Gold 4 right now and I get matched up against low Silvers / Bronzies in normals, usually. I know it's not much of a challenge. If you wanna get better at the game you should spam the shit out of ranked.
MadManApocalypse1 votesI've been spamming the hell out of ranked it's the only thing I play. My problem though is I've never faced a whole team who is just tiers ahead of me. I've played against the occasional snowball team, but no one who just out performs me in every aspect.
WoonStruck1 votesI don't aggressively climb in ranked so I only ever hit gold for rewards, but I'd play with you. Finished gold 3 with pretty casual play last time I went into ranked.
I get matched with anyone from gold to diamond in normals.
That said, they aren't very difficult, even the diamonds. I don't really lose in normals from getting outplayed. Its mostly foolish mistakes I make instead, so it'd be a good learning experience, not just a stomp against you every game.
Having someone to call me out of my mistakes would be nice as well. I stopped playing with groups a while ago because they're either too casual and just like to mess around, or they get mean as hell when some people make mistakes.
That all said, don't put too much stock into this season. Look to improve still, but know that your ranking this season may not accurately reflect where you are, for better or worse. Dynamic Queue does not accurately rate anyone's individual ability to play this game this season.
MadManApocalypse1 votesI hit level 30 in Season 2 and for the past few seasons I see saw around Bronze 1 and Silver 5 before usually going on a massive losing spree. I just don't think I can improve with my current match ups. It's been a good 4 seasons almost.

WoonStruck1 votesI 1v1'd an 1800 elo guy in season 1 when I was getting into the game. Helped me a lot.
I'd be willing to do the same for you if you wanted. Individual mechanics are a huge aspect of the game.
I'll explain why I was able to trade well with you when I do and such. It will teach you to play around windows of power for both champions (and creep waves) an allow you to use that information and your own judgement to pull advantages out of lane.
That said, I'm not perfect. I'm not the be-all-end-all of this game, but I will do my best to point you in the right direction.
