Serious players wanted

I want a ranked team with players that actually try and actually have a goal to get better and not be part time i want players who are on 24/7 where we can play a game every day if we need and not even 2 weeks or ever 3 days that want to go to Lcs and above I know I'm dreaming big but its a goal of mine anyone up for it ....p.s(I main Jungle) and please no verbal players and i prefer my teammates dont taunt enemy team with rude remarks
